Amateur Home-brew Competition

For several years now, the Tablelands and FNQ have responded to the challenge issued from our Townsville brewing friends about who can create the tastiest home brew beers.

If you enjoy home brewing, then make sure you enter now!The challenge is on once again, and thanks to the support of Marlin Coast Home Brew Supplies at the Showgrounds Shopping Centre, and Blue Sky Brewery in Lake Street, Cairns, there are great prizes on offer.

Saturday afternoon’s workshop, and judging, at Nick’s Swiss-Italian Restaurant, also offers you an entertaining chance to hear about the history and comedy associated with the ancient craft of beer making.
